Discovery call

Intake and matching begins

You fill out a short intake form. We start matching from our pre-vetted bench based on your industry, role, and required tools.

Candidate selection and briefing

We identify your best-match specialist. We brief them on your business, your goals, and your task list before you ever meet them.

Profile review

You receive your specialist's profile, background, and relevant experience. Request a video introduction if you want one.

Day 5

Kickoff call

You, your new specialist, and your account manager on a 30-minute call. Tasks agreed, tools shared, communication channel set. Work starts that day or the next morning.
